Today the press follows  “Da Hookah Spot saga.” Murder charges on the past owner Bulos “Paul” Zumot, and the candlelight vigil greeting the new owner of Da Hookah Spot against the past owner of Da Hookah Spot.

Meanwhile; Department of Justice tests have begun to challenge the police’s first assertions that Mr. Zumot  (The hookah spots previous owner) doused his girlfriend, Jennifer Schipsi with gasoline before setting their apartment on fire. Causing  both sides to start digging in their heels. Those who feel their friend and Hookah bar owner could never do this murder might now be as convinced that he’s innocent, as the victim’s family is sure he’s guilty.

People at first thought she had died in the fire with no foul play.

But police, citing the history of restraining orders against Mr Zumot, and the police claiming that it appeared that Ms. Schipsi had been strangled, arrested Mr. Zumot 4 days after the apartment fire.

That was the beginning of what appears to be a story twisting  stranger, deeper and more painful for everyone involved.

It is hard to imagine how Da Hookah Spot is going to survive the reporters walking in and candlelight vigils outside.

And this just in: The case is being moved form the Palo Alto court-house because of shouting matches and security concerns between supporters of Mr Zumot and supporters of the deceased.
