hookah bars, hookah calm and respecting hookah.

Hookah smoking is also a spiritual activity. And how you approach your time smoking shisha, and the enviroment you decide to smoke Hookah in may affect how you approach your life. How you feel inside.
The famous quote for Hookah smokers says that cigaret smokers are fast paced and tense while hookah smokers are calmer. But most hookah smokers today are hookah bar smokers. They don’t make their own hookah. how is that different than cigaret smoking?
It was even more recent that hookah bars opened.
And even more recent that Hookah bars took on the loud music, over TV’s playing, with the expensive prices fast food feeling we enjoy today.
Hookah bars in tradition were friends smoking at the days end. Or time alone to think.
In NY in the early 1900′s a hookah bar was a place where Immigrants would reconnect with others just arriving and those in the same upward struggle. But mostly a Hookah was something you brought out to appreciate a conversation in your house or in your neighborhood.
To truly appreciate hookah we must look at our surroundings and those we are smoking with to decide its spiritual effects on us. Hookah bars are not the tradition. And with the noise, and with us now not even making our own hookahs; smoking Hookah tobacco has become no better than fast food for some.
And if you look at many of the people you are smoking with regularly you may notice that they are looking tired, tense, and getting more broke and are not connected to their Hookah because they only smoke in these hookah bars.
Smoking hookah is a time to let the sounds of the air pulling up the Shisha and bringing reflections of the day to rise up. Let the hookah and silence help inspire the mind to go deeper. Relax. Let the pressures fade away. Maybe even find some new life and energy by slowing down and believe things will get better if you are going through those rough patches. And most importantly make a hookah and appreciate what you made.

it is spiritual, i smoke hookah every day, not at a hookah bar, but at home where i mix the hookah flavors, poke the holes in the foil, light the coals, fill the base with water. It is all part of a routiene. i listen to the same playlist everytime i prepare hookah because i feel it has good energy that is transferd to the hookhah which then makes for a great smoking session. Hookah allows one to just sit and think, or have an amazing convo with a group of friends. It mite not be good for ur health but its not just a large water bong
